What do you think of my poem?
I should probably quit putting my poems in the Adolescent section all the time, but whatever. I put it in the poetry section before, and got some good ideas on how to change it.
So what do you think?

Of Agony and Ecstasy

Such a delicate balance you create,
Equilibrium at its prime.
Such a perfect mix of pleasure and pain,
Carefully measured, chemically combined.

Not confined to one side of the continuum,
You walk the middle of the line.
Crying tears of joy in the face of tragedy,
Beautiful and frightening at the same time.

Yeah it’s nice.

I liked your mixture and blend of words. The message was great and keep it up. You have a great potential to be a great poet. Keep doing poems like this and read more poems so that you will improve.

All in all, you did a great job and also, always ask for opinions/critiques from a relative or someone so that you would know your mistakes and next time, you won’t do that mistake again.

I really like the way you Incorporated uncommon words into this poem. But I think as you wrote it your message got a tad lost.

Its quite good, you have some real talent as a writer

Weird but for my 11th grade class?
(Title: The Prime Mover) Based off my reading of Atlas Shrugged

Step back respectfully, traveler of the road;
Here is a man with a true and hard moral code:
Reason his sole weapon, Knowledge his treasure trove,
His life is his happiness, and his only true love;
‘Never leaving task nor obligation undone,
This man is a trader; his work and reward are one.
He is, undoubtedly, the happiest man in the world,
The ideal embodiment of reason unfurled.
Honest, honorable and logical, he truly knows how to "be."
While most men live in agony, he stands in lasting ecstasy;
Beware of this man. He has everything to live for –
He will not bow to mindless force; he strives for rationality, and nothing more.
Mediocre man plays the game of life — he fails, the ultimate loser;
This man, uniquely ideal, wins the trophy: The World’s Prime Mover.
And now you, traveler on the road of life, ask: Who?
The answer lies in this question I shall give you.
Here stands the immortal cry; so, Halt! :
Who is John Galt?

ikr its weird but good
