Do you think Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) will return to the DC Universe?
I would have to say yes. TO begin with Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) has a loyal medium size fanbase I would estimate. With once dead SUper heroes being brought back down proving successful in the DC Universe I don’t see why they would say let’s not try this again. Plus add in I’m sure DC is aware that if they only use him for Blackest Night then throw him back in the grave that Ronnie fans will boycott the DC comics they have been buying which would effect them in a negative way. WIth the right writer Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) can go from great to excellent. He’s far to excellent to just be thrown away. He’s one of DC best super heroes outside of their big three Superman,Batman, Wonder Woman.

As you said, we’ll find out after Blackest Night but truth be told, I really dont think Ronnie Raymond is coming back. Raymond’s book was cancelled almost a decade ago because of poor sales. They revamped it a few times but Firestorm couldnt work. They let Jason Rusch be Firestorm following Identity Crisis but that didnt fly as well as DC thought it would as well. Truth be told, I think that after following Blackest Night, both Ronnie and Jason will be FIrestorm. BL Ronnie already destroyed Jason’s counterpart (the teleporting chick) and both the scientist Martin Stein and Jason’s original counterpart is MIA or dead. If they bring back Ronnie, it’ll be as half of Jason’s firestorm Matrix. Also, it plays up a good redemption story after what BL Jason did.

Nobel Son (2007)

IMDB rating: 6.70

Plot: Barkley Michaelson is in a deep life rut. He’s struggling to finish his PhD thesis when his father, the learned Eli Michaelson, wins the Nobel Prize for Chemistry. Barkley and his mother, Sarah, a renowned forensic psychiatrist, now have the ill-fortune of living with a man-eating monster whose philandering ways have gotten less and less discrete. As if Barkley’s world is not bad enough, on the eve of his father receiving the Nobel, Barkley is kidnapped and the requested ransom is the $2,000,000 in Nobel prize money. Needless to say, Eli refuses to pay it and so starts a venomous tale of familial dysfunction, lust, betrayal and ultimately revenge. In the words of Michel De Montaigne, the 16th century philosopher: “There is more barbarity in eating a man alive than in eating him dead.”

Who would you vote for if you had a vote?
I know libs like to defend their ideology and pretend Obama deserved it, even though the unanimous jury admitted it also recognized "deeds to come" and they’re trying to "strengthen him."

No, I’m not angry about it. It’s just sad that he was awarded it, and sadder that many of you attempt to defend it.

"As criticism of the jury’s unanimous decision swelled, the head of the Norwegian Nobel Committee Thorbjoern Jagland denied the award was premature and said it recognized great deeds to come, as well as Obama’s record so far.

"We do of course hope that there will be many concrete changes over the years but… we felt it was right to strengthen him as much as we can in his further struggle for his ideals."
