Does anyone else think i have OCD?
OK, here’s a typical day for me.

I wake up and get out of bed and head straight for the computer where I check my Facebook multiple times a minute even though I know I won’t have anything new. I also have to have my friend Cory open in the chat box nearest to the list of people online even though I never talk to him. If I accidently exit out of the chat or it’s not there for some stupid Facebook reason I have to put it back. After I have woken up a little bit, I start a horrible horrible cycle of Minesweeper. This is by far my most time consuming activity of the day. I play for half an hour or more at a time. I usually play until I beat it on expert, but that’s never enough. I have to play it over and over and over and over until I feel like it’s ok to stop playing. After that I have to go outside and smoke. This is another very very timely process. I start by putting on a certain pair of jeans that has a hole in the left knee from where I’ve picked at it until it became roughly a 4 inch square. I still constantly pick at it and have about 2-3 inches missing from the bottom back of both pants legs. After I put my pants on, I make sure that everything is in the correct pocket. I have 2 or 3 lighters in my left pocket(in case I lose one or one doesn’t work) along with my cell phone. In my right pocket is all of my loose change, loose bills, pens, pencils, anything except my lighters and phone. After I get my pants on, I have to put on a shirt. This involves opening my closet and looking through my shirts until I find the right one, once I find it, I know it’s the right one. After that, I put on my socks right foot first then left foot and choose which shoes feel right to wear with what I’m already wearing(they could all work). Once I have shirt, pants, and shoes on, I put on my jacket, which must have my school id, a black ink pen, and car keys in the right pocket. After I am all dressed I have to see what I look like in the mirror and pick out hairs that annoy me at random places on my body(underside of forearm, face, second knuckle, feet, chest). If my hair(on my head) is messed up at all I must either water it down and mess with it until it stays or be forced to go into the bathroom and wash my hair. After I finally leave my room, i walk in a straight path from my room to the vending machine. I step on every square of carpet and in a straight path, even if it means taking longer to get there. I always have to have a drink from the vending machine so once I get to the tile I walk in an L shape on the tile(like a knight in chess) and put my $1.25 in the machine and push both Mountain Dew Livewire and Minute Maid Pink Lemonade buttons at the same time since it’s too big of a decision for me and let the machine pick for me. After I get my drink, I put it in my right pocket with my other things and walk in L shapes on the tile and straight lines on the carpet until I get to the elevator. Once I get to the elevator, I have to lean to hit the button because there is tile between the carpet and elevator. Once the elevator opens I have to take 2 steps(no more no less or i have to do it over) on the tile into the elevator and press 1 and stand in the left back corner with my feet always in the same 2 tiles and my hands in the same place every time. In the lobby of my building, there are 3 sections of blue tile amongst the grayish tile that takes up the majority of the lobby floor. I cannot step on the blue tile except for in front of the elevator, which I must take 2 steps on. After making my way outside, I walk left out of the building main entrance and on every slab of concrete on the sidewalk without hitting any cracks holes or old black disgusting tar gum stuff. I get to a point where I have to cross the road and take 2 steps on the tile then have to go on at least half of the crosswalk over to the parking lot. When I get to my car, there are(were) too patches of snow, one between the 2 cars in front of mine and one right next to the drivers side door. I have to take 5 steps on the first patch and make 4 footprints in the second. If there is no snow, I have to do these things anyway. Once I make it in my car, I take the drink out of my right pocket and put it in the cup holder. I take off the cap and put it on the console and make sure it stays there. I then lock my door, push on a sticker that’s been peeling off of my window, and put in my cd(which are all alphabetized). I turn on my car and put on the parking lights if it’s dark out and take out a cigarette to smoke. I usually smoke Blacks(clove cigarettes) which I can’t smoke unless I have a black lighter to light it with. I roll down my passenger window the width of a box of blacks(i check) and blow all of my smoke out of that window because I feel too paranoid that someone will reach in if I have the driver’s side window down. I ash the cigarette every single time a tiny bit accumulates out of my window which I only have
I ash the cigarette every single time a tiny bit accumulates out of my window which I only have down enough to ash it then I close it. I get close to done with one cigarette and have to use the aforementioned black ink pen to shade in the Black written on the cigarette. I start at the red triangle in the middle and then the C then the K then theL then the B. Once I finish doing that I take two drags and throw it out. I get done with that cigarette and feel like just that one wasn’t enough(it never feels like it is). I smoke another Black and have to do the same rituals except I have to have "Lost For Words" by Pink Floyd playing in my CD player. I have to finish that second cigarette before the song is over. I also check all of the things like the cap on the console, the sticker, the lock, and the symmetry of the air conditioning knobs about a million times while I’m in the car.
Once I’m done with my cigarette, I put all of my stuff away in their respective pockets and turn off the parking lights, unlock my door, roll up my windows(they have to close at the same time or I do it over and over until they do), put the cap on my drink, and turn off the car. I then wait with my hand on the handle while the song finishes. The second it goes to the next song I get out of the car so I can take the same path back to my dorm that I took outside. I don’t want to write forever even though I know I could(too late I know, sorry) but the rest of the day is filled with more smoke trips, watching at least 10 episodes of scrubs throughout the day, probably an average of 2-4 hours of minesweeper with peaks around 8 hours, and hours of not being able to fall asleep because I can’t stop thinking about things. Don’t even get me started on food or showers or hoarding or anything like that.
Anyway, that is a small segment of a typical day in my life. With a schedule like this, it makes it to where I don’t have much/any time for friends or school.

And keep in mind this small segment is only the first hour or two of being awake.

Colon cleaning is the new technique to reduce weight. Researchers have illustrated the point that not all additional weight is thanks to surplus fat, a great deal of weight simply lies there in the colon, and all you need to do is rinse it out. http://rikump.fatfreestore.info has a risk free trial on currently, give it a go, you can reduce up to twenty pounds!

It could be…that is a lot of routine (btw yes minesweeper is horrible..yet can be addictive..delete it if you must lol) OCD can be mild or severe. Asberges is also a condition that needs routine but there are other problems associated with it that you haven’t mentioned.

I myself have many strange things that i do and i don’t feel "right" until it is done. weird lol. I haven’t been so bad since increasing my vitamin B12 levels..vitamin B12 deficiency lists OCD as a symptom…however i’m also vitamin D and calcium deficient. Doing more research i have found studies agreeing that vitamin and mineral deficiencies are involved in OCD…namely calcium, magnesium, zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B-12, Folic Acid, Inositol, and other B vitamins. Specifically, a cerebral calcium deficiency.

I find vitamin and mineral deficiencies are a significant reason for physical and mental problems. Ask your doctor for a test of all these vitamins and minerals. With the calcium, ask for an ioned (full) calcium test as this looks to be one of the main problems.
